The sponsor is a highly experienced investor and homebuilder with more than 30 years of track record and a net worth exceeding $50MM. Currently focused on the Hawaii market, they are actively buying and building luxury homes. Some intended for resale and others held as long-term rentals at conservative leverage levels.
