The sponsor is a highly experienced investor and homebuilder with more than 30 years of track record and a net worth exceeding $50MM. Currently focused on the Hawaiian market, they are building and acquiring high-end homes, balancing sales with long-term rental holds at conservative leverage levels between 50–75% LTV.
At 50% LTV, Flipside delivered a stable financing solution that supports the sponsor’s strategy of growing a portfolio of luxury Hawaiian rentals while maintaining strong cash flow and long-term value creation.
