With a net worth exceeding $50MM, the sponsor is currently focused on the Hawaii market, building and acquiring luxury homes both for resale and as long-term rentals at conservative leverage levels.
At 55% LTV, Flipside provided a low-leverage, long-term financing solution that aligns with the sponsor’s strategy of maintaining stability while expanding a significant portfolio of high-end Hawaiian assets.
